I am so happy you're here!

I believe that in order to have success in therapy, you have to have a strong therapeutic relationship. It is so important to feel safe and trusting of your therapist and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation before we start sessions to make sure we are a good fit.

Why I became a therapist

I genuinely love what I do.

It was early in my life that I realized my passion for helping others. I was in therapy when I was a child and it was one of the few places where I truly felt safe and heard. This experience inspired me to create a similar sense of safety in every session I hold. As I grew older, my desire to connect with and support people only deepened. When it came time to choose my path in life, there was never any doubt in my mind: being a therapist was my calling. It is the greatest privilege of my life to sit with individuals in their vulnerability, and I am dedicated to providing a compassionate space for healing and growth.

I received my Masters in Counseling specializing in Couples & Family Therapy from the CACREP-accredited counseling program at St. Edward’s University. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas & Colorado.
